An ATC on Thursday dismissed the pre-arrest bail applications of several PTI leaders, including Bushra Bibi, Asad Qaiser, Junaid Akbar, Latif Khosa and Naeem Haider Panjutha, due to their continued absence from court proceedings in protest-related cases.
ATC Judge Abual Hasanat Muhammad Zulqarnain announced the decision while hearing pre-arrest bail applications of around 250 accused. The court dismissed the bail pleas of Bushra Bibi, Junaid Akbar, Latif Khosa, Naeem Haider Panjutha, Asad Qaiser, Ali Zaman, Iman Waseem, Atif Khan and Fazal Muhammad over their repeated non-appearance.
