Rescue teams and security personnel promptly reached the scene, took the injured to nearby hospitals and cordoned off the area for investigation. The inclusion of technical experts in the committee was expected to help produce a precise assessment of both structural and financial losses.

Authorities assured that every effort would be made to provide timely relief to those who suffered in the tragedy.

The formation of the committee reflected the administration’s commitment to supporting victims and restoring normalcy in the affected neighbourhood as quickly as possible.
