The Supreme Court resumed on Tuesday hearing the suo motu pertaining to allegations made by six Islamabad High Court judges alleging interference by the country’s intelligence agencies in judicial affairs.
A six-member bench, led by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faez Isa and including justices Athar Minallah, Mansoor Ali Shah, Jamal Khan Mandokhail, Musarrat Hilali and Naeem Akhtar Afghan, is conducting the hearing which is also being broadcast on the apex court’s Youtube channel.
