Princess Anne, who suffered a concussion last month following her nasty fall while horse riding, returned to her royal duties on Thursday.
The Princess Royal was seen for the first time since the incident which left her in hospital for five days. While the royal is back to work, the details of her injury are left to be a mystery for a surprising reason.
Michael Cole, former royal reporter for the BBC, told GB News that the public appearance was a “gentle beginning” to ease back into her role.
He went on to explain why the details of the incident were hidden.
“Of course, we still don’t know the details of what actually happened when she met this horse and what happened,” he continued. “Apparently she has no memory of it. So maybe it will remain a mystery between her and the horse.”
However, Cole added that Anne is “famously the most hard-working member of the Royal Family,” and he is “quite sure” the royal will be “back in the swing of it.”
Following the accident, Anne was unable to carry out a scheduled trip to Canada given her injuries.
Now, it appears the royal is back at it again.
