ISLAMABAD:
The Islamabad High Court (IHC) bench which has been hearing petitions filed against enforced disappearances of citizens has disintegrated after recusal of a bench member.
A special bench led by Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani and comprising Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri and Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir was hearing the crucial case.
When the court resumed hearing of the case on Thursday Justice Kayani told the petitioners and the respondents that Justice Tahir had recused himself from hearing the matter.
