Coachella attendees were in for another surprise on Friday night with Camila Cabello making an appearance during Lana Del Rey’s headlining set.
The “Senorita” singer emerged after Del Rey’s performance of “Bartender.”
The two proceeded to perform Cabello’s new single “I Luv It,” from her upcoming fourth album, as a duet. The song was originally released with Playboi Carti.
Cabello delivered an energetic performance, clad in a futuristic costume and backed by robotic dancers mirroring the song’s music video.
Del Rey joined Cabello for parts of the song, but mostly enjoyed the show from a balcony overlooking her elaborate stage design, resembling a palace.
Cabello’s performance included choreography reminiscent of 80s pop iconography, with Del Rey playfully joining her for a spin during the song’s bridge.
“I luv it, I luv it, I luv it, I luv it,” Del Rey sang along with Cabello as the song ended. The “Margaret” singer then thanked Cabello for joining her, [Camila] is my girl, I have so much fun with her. I love this song and thank you so much angel, for coming and singing with me.”

Cabello expressed her own excitement, declaring Del Rey “one of [her] favorite artists of all time.”
This surprise appearance wasn’t Del Rey’s only collaboration of the weekend. She was joined once again by frequent collaborators Jack Antonoff (Bleachers) and Jon Batiste, who performed with her during both Coachella weekends.
Last week, Billie Eilish also graced the stage for a surprise duet of her own hit “Ocean Eyes” alongside Del Rey’s melancholic classic “Video Games.”
