What will the weather be like in Karachi throughout Eid ul Adha?


KARACHI:

The Pakistan Meteorological Department’s (PMD) Early Warning Center has forecasted hot and humid weather in Karachi throughout the three days of Eid ul Adha.

Maximum temperatures are expected to range between 35 to 37 degrees Celsius, accompanied by humidity levels of 50 to 60%.

There may be westerly or evening sea breezes between morning and afternoon hours. In other parts of the province, the weather is anticipated to be hot to extremely hot.

There is a chance of isolated to widespread thunderstorms in certain areas of Tharparkar district.

On June 6, Chief Meteorologist Sardar Sarfaraz reported the metropolis will remain partly cloudy and windy for the next 10 days.

He also warned of a possible heatwave in upper and central Sindh starting next week.
