“Russia picked on the wrong Georgia.” Georgia’s Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger says the state will not be intimidated by phony bomb threats targeted polling locations that appeared to originate from Russian email domains. The Russian Embassy in Washington called the accusations it was behind the threats “malicious slander”.
